FLASH UPDATE I don't know how I missed this gem, must have been all the second hand hashish here in New York City. Thanks to KovaaK's vigilant demo eyes, I present a performance to rival last week's griffin's e1m2 showcase: the extremely unpredictable fix of cMF fame in this DM3 4vs4 vs gtg. Keep it tuned to his pov for the entire match, it's something awesome... In case you've never seen fix in action before, I bring to you some more fix demos right here.

A map lock is a wonderful thing, unless you're on the other side of it. If you've seen dm6 locked in a 2on2 match more than once, you should be able to appreciate the difficulty factor involved; if you've never seen it done, then you're up for a treat. The team of icy and hexum (both accomplished players in their own rights) faced the wonderous taiwan kids myth and cyan in this Vendetta DM6 2on2 group game. As inseparable as myth and cyan usually are, they had to endure 10 minutes of being apart: one at MH, one at RA. I can only imagine what they did afterwards to make up for it. (myth and cyan have gone on to destroy their group with a flawless 10-map-win performance, attaining an unholy 666 frag difference...)

Nail-biter section

Duelmania True Masters has barely gone underway, and already the incredible skill involved has produced amazing performances. As the saying goes, the best in you brings out the best in others. This ZTNDM3 DM6 DM2 AEROWALK duel (warning, comments contain spoilers) between def and caban will make your sphincter contract faster than the muscles of an epileptic table hockey player after ten shots of espresso.

I have to thank DOPESKILLS, one of the less known but quite important behind-the-scenes cogs of today's quakeworld community, for his work with DuelMania, and for uploading all the great demos to chtv, which I am really tempted to put all of up here, but I want to keep a concise update, and not drone on and on, like I'm doing right now. I will say though that you can find these games (and more to come) here. And of course I'll keep tabs on all the goodies here as well.
