Quakeworld GetQuad! Draft season 4 is a 4on4 TDM league that ran from November 2020, until March 2021.
63 players were drafted into 14 teams in divisions based on their skill level.

Format
- Two division group stage:
- 7 squads in each group
- Each squad consists of 2 teams:
- One Division 1 team with 4 players.
- One Division 2 team with 5 players.
- All matches are Bo3
- 7 squads in each group
- Playoffs:
- The top 6 squads in each group reach playoffs
- All matches are Bo5
