One-day events coming up
dirtbox has come up with an interesting project of a series of one-day tourneys that will fill up untill the next Duelmania begins.
For the first one, he will host a tb5 (dm2/4/6, aero and ztndm3) duel tournament that begins on 22nd of January approx. at 17-18.00 CET. The singups are still open, however the number of participants is limited to 16. Some of well-known QW gamers are already there (Locust, Rikoll, Avenger). The tourney is also open for the Finnish players unlike it was stated initially.

The next project of dirtbox will be a tb3 tournament that will follow shortly after. Make sure that you take part in the tourney or at least follow it on QTV!

We now have our 16 players. I need every to now "Check-in" confirming their availability to play Sunday. Once everyone has checked it the draw will be generated.

People can still register for the waiting list.

Well it is normal to have national competitions isnt it? Why should it exclude them from playing in these events?

The whole "not allowing finns" was a joke from the outset...

Would be cool to crown the QW FFA champion. Its been a while since that has been done.
Suggested format: death32c.bsp 2 semifinals 16 players each. top 8 each set goes to grandfinal. ~30 min no quad. If theres a big interest the lower skilled players can battle it out in a qualification round. And best of all its just a 1-2 hour commitment

Why not quad? That is what FFA is all about. Make sure its dropquad!
