People can write their own HOWTOs on different things that are not there and could prove useful. The format is pretty simple: you can either write your own HOWTO or then just link existing information page there and add few words.

The main focus is to get all the useful information from one place (in this case the forum) so that people don't have to search for them all over the net. The most useful HOWTOs will be stickied there so make your voice heard.

People can also discuss on the forum, suggesting of making HOWTOs or even make corrections to the existing ones. However these threads won't be stickied, only HOWTOs will be.
