Earlier today me and my clanmates made a scientific research on DM2. The subject of study was squishes, telefrags and stomping. Result is below
Quote:
xxx was telefragged by yyy
Plus:yyy Minus:

xxx was telefragged by his teammate (Nothing happens, xxx gets a death)

xxx squished a teammate
Minus: xxx

xxx squishes yyy
Plus:xxx

xxx was crushed (Minus on the guy who crushed his teammate, no death for xxx!)
Minus: (yyy)

xxx softens yyy's fall
Plus:yyy

Ok so this wasn't any big research. :p But anyway, wouldn't you think that someone would get a minus frag for telefragging a teammate? And that the guy who got crushed (a teammate lands on him) would get a death? Seems like the QW stats are a bit bogus to me in some areas.

minus for telefragging teammates? no, killing him is bad enough

and the guy who got crushed should of course get a death

Yeah but if you compare gibbing a teammate with RL you'll get a minus for that one? I think telefragging should be like that too.

telefragging is not always intentional, sometime you can manage to spawn on a teammate, so it's not really like gibbing another teammate with rl imo (you have more control of where you rockets go)
