Have you tried contating the authors? Their contact information is at the bottom of http://www.udpsoft.com/qizmo/info.html

on the old qw.nu board we got together a list of 'open sourced' qizmo registration codes (the reg server is no longer active so any number of people can be using the same code) - perhaps someone has an archive of these
