I'm trying to collect as many qwtf files as i can as they're slowly disappearing from the internet:

In particular if anyone has these 24 bit skins by seanstar: http://quakeone.com/forums/quake-help/multiplayer/8008-hd-player-skins-team-fortress.html
There is also a 24 bit skin for the sentry gun around somewhere but it is completely lost to me.

Hoping to make a gfx pack for empezar and hifi's incredible classic fortress project (www.classicfortress.net).

Find me here or #classicfortress irc.quakenet.org

Last year we tried to brainstorm something about it... The server-side mods to support the 24-bit skins are quite simple... It's a pity that nobody shared these files.

Classic Fortress supports different skins for each team and uses different models for all weapons, allowing 24-bit skins to be made for each and every weapon (e.g. grenade launcher / pipebomb launcher are different models).
