the bot is online again. it was down because the host was rebooted or something.

so i made it so that the bot now automagically starts itself if the host machine reboots, so now it really should be "invincible" unless the host completely dies!

* make bot able to handle mixes without op (using -t on chan)
* bot currently has a bug that makes him unban all?
