Hi!

I just wanted to make everybody aware of the new servers I've put up on a dedicated GNU/Linux machine with 100Mbit fiber connection, as a token
of respect and nostalgia. I also host a QTV and Proxy! If the server gets used (at all) I will most likely put up more but time will tell.
As the topic suggests, it's physically located on the west coast of sweden, in the outer edge of the city Gothenburg and will most likely benefit those
who live near that area, the most.

I have noticed that even though it's stable, the routing can use some help. Some friends have experienced ping going from 50 to 25 using Pangelas proxy.

KTX: gaming.sekure.se:28501
QTV: gaming.sekure.se:28000
Proxy: gaming.sekure.se:30000

Sweet! Thanks.

I think a QWfwd proxy would be much appreciated too if possible.

Would be nice to get your QTV-server added to the MetaQTV site or to get your servers added to an existing QTV-proxy to save you some trouble with that

A proxy, not a bad idea. Is there a package similar to quakesv I can use to install that, or, perhaps, it's supported in that script already?

You can get the source to it with:
git clone http://qw-dev.net/git/qwfwd qwfwd

Then just ./configure && make qwfwd
Then edit the example config and go

nQuakesv installs qwfwd by default.
