Any Ports (FUHQuake / ezQuake or FTE) equivalent for Quake 2?

yes..

Quake2 Max (i think it is no longer developed)
Quake2 Evolved (the best - but is not using standard quake2 netcode anymore so you can play only on Q2E servers)
EGL (based on Quake2 Max i think.. it has standard quake2 netcode so you could play it online on normal q2 servers)

Yes, there's definatly an FTE equivelent for quake2.

Uses standard q2 netcode. Has some bugs, but should be playable. The next version should have a couple of those bugs fixed.
