My CD with almost all my Quake stuff I made won't read in XP :<

Using Isobuster, there is still a lot missing, text stuff was fine (if not the latest version), but anything binary is fucked.

Anyone got any ideas? I've considered putting an old HDD in and installing 9x + DirectCD (the software that wrote the disc in the first place), but the long-gone DirectCD version I had would only work with my long-gone 8x LG burner. I don't suppose anyone knows a hack I could employ to get DirectCD to work with a modern DVD burner?
