I've not had the chance to use QWtv since I've made my "comeback", and it wasn't really in wide usage when I was last active, so I've no idea how to use this bad boy. Is there a tutorial somewhere I could read?

Use http://qtv.quakeworld.nu/ to access qtv files, which only need to be associated with ezquake in order to connect you to that server's qtv.

Maybe some guide if that's not enough?
