hello

we tried to play with the mumble last nite, two maps. was kinda horrible...the moment someone said something through the mumble, it immediately sets the quake volume to the minimum, so that you basically can't hear anything.

is there a way to fix that ? its unplayable....

thanks!

You are using Win 7? Then maybe this will solve your problem: http://www.sevenforums.com/sound-audio/16606-issues-windows-volume-mixer.html#post188295

I have the same problem in win7. Tried disabling it in the communications tab and in mumble settings but it didn't work. It's very frustrating.

it's a "feature" in mumble, set to default.

options> set advanced mode >audio output>Attenuate applications by.. > untick both
ready!
