The threads are locked because I do not want people to accidentally sign up for an already held tournament.

Why there haven't been discussion threads about the maps in the past I do not know, why there isn't one for Doomed is because I haven't got around to making one yet. Will be up in 5min, please repost the heat maps there.

Hi zappater and Kenya lovers,

First a suggestion for KTK: efdm8 which I believe haven't been played in the tournament in the past. It's a fast duel map and is quite good once you learn where the teleporters go. Check it out!

Secondly I would like to apologize for not attending KTK so far and I would also like to promote for a FFA (FTK) version which I believe is even more interesting for newcomers to QW than KTK.

Thank you for your suggestions.

As it is the current seasons maps are set in stone unless someone can point out a map that is horrible and argue why it should be removed. I will however add it to the list of maps to be checked out for the next season.

As for FTK I am working on it but I currently don't have a lot of time. Hopefully I will have a lot of time after the 4th November.

Made a few screenshots + brief intro into the rgb_red map.

This map has 1x Red Armor, 1x Yellow Armor, 1x Green Armor, 1x Megahealth, 1x Rocket Launcher, 1x Lightning Gun. The specific of this map is RA placed far away from everything else, even if easily accessible from more entrances and teleport.

Megahealth, Yellow Armor, Lightning Gun: placed nearby each other make one important part of the map, from the yellow armor spot it's possible to control the central via three holes in the wall;
Rocket Launcher is accessible quickly by taking the teleport right next to the Yellow Armor

Red Armor is accessible from three different ways - teleport, lower level, upper level, and is quite far away from both weapons and the megahealth, however there's plenty of rockets available near it.

Central room: in the upper level consists of Green Armor and Yellow Armor area facing each other, in the mid level is just teleport to the Red Armor, in the low lever there's a wide way from Red Armor to Rocket Launcher. Cell packs are distributed equally among all the parts of the map.
