I got a MS Intelliexplorer 3.0 with Qpad mousemat.

It works very good, in all games and in windows.

But it laggs in QW. On every RL-jump; lagg lagg lagg.

So i tried all settings. in_mouse 3 etc. I changed all possible mouse settings in ezquake menu. I DLed mouserate and it shows that my mice got average 450 mhz. I can even set Dinput hz to 0, mice still works smooth in QW.

But it still laggs.

W T F ??

Buy a new mice? But why, it works just fine. The only place it does not work properly....is in QW.

BUY A NEW PC?

HELP PLZ!

The usual cause of laggy mouse is vid_vsync 1. Perhaps it's that, or vertical sync enabled in your display drivers control panel?

Open your driver control panel applet and disable vsync in the options?
Sounds ridiculous but you asked...

Does it only lag on rocketjumps? Does it lag when you get hit by rockets?

Personally i had to turn off the screen flash when you get hit by a rocket because i would geta hiccup every time otherwise, same with pickup flashes..

Quite honestly in the past, these settings were so much easier to find then in the newer nvidia control panel... but perhaps he's got ATI

Anyway, topicstarter, you can usually right-mouse click on the vidcard icon in your systray and acces the panel there or right-mouse on your desktop, properties, settings, advanced and go from there. And you can always do a search on the internet like: "turn off v-sync".
