Hello, I would be very appreciative to know some different proxy's to try out or any other suggestions you might have to my problem below, thanks.

My connection towards qw servers is insane with pl ranging from 5 to 50, besides trying to change basic connection commands and some minor other things I got hinted to try a qizmoserver (or is it proxy I don't know the diff ) which I then connected to, then reconnected to the server I was on (wargamez) and suddenly my pl went from 30ish to 0-1.
For the next hour or so I could play with that pl and on different servers, both wargamez and eq.mine.
However after quitting and deciding to play again an hour later or so it doesn't help at all, and hasn't worked for 2 days now since I first tried it.
Any thoughts? :/

Maybe you tried out another Qizmo before and just did not disconnect from it? Are you sure that your are doing the same steps just like before, when it worked?

You could also try one of these but be sure to read the usage instructions.

Yea I'm pretty sure I've done everything the same way as before, and that page has been given to be a couple of times before but none of the links on that page works so if there's anything I need to dl I can't do it from there.
I did however try the setinfo prx wargamez.dk:27501 and connect to the proxy's listed there. Do not know if this is supposed to work tho without having downloaded it.

I don't think you need to download anything as it's a server-side feature. The only thing you do is set a variable (the server address you're going to play on) that the proxy reads and redirects you to.

Ake is right, you don't need to d/l anything.

Did it improve the connection?

nah seems to just be a problem at my isp, they are currently upgrading my line and are having issues with overloaded network at later hours.
The upgrade is supposed to be finished feb 10th and problems with connection should be fixed sooner. Guess I'll just have to wait.
