I can't see hp and I can't chat when I am connected to qtv, same with the hp when I looking at demos.

I'm not sure, but it sounds old. Have you tried the latest version? (You can keep a separate ezQuake.exe of the very latest version that you associate the *.qtv files with and use only for spectating purposes)

1.8.2 does not support chatting in qtv. Use latest stable.

What you need to do is to get the lastest ezQuake version from http://ezquake.sf.net - it's only the client and the features withing it that will change. You can even, as i said, keep the old version of your client and just download a new version and call it ezquake-that-i-use-to-watch-qtv-games.exe that you only use for spectating purposes.
