I'm trying to make a good HUD for myself, but it's kind of clunky because some of the HUD elements are tied together as a group. How can I detach them?

Also, is there a way to do this with the mouse -- moving the elements around?

/place command is used to attach/assign elements to areas/other elements; moving with mouse - /hud_editor

This lets you change the size of an element.

"scale" doesn't seem to work.

Ok, I figured out I had to write the element name first.
