You don't need that much fps. How is your screen refresh rate and mouse refresh rate? Those variables are more important when having unlimited fps.

I get the smoothest image with 500 fps, which is my mouserate, at 160 hz screenrate.

mouse rate 125
screen rate 100(1024 resolution)
screen rate 75(1600 resolution)

thats the better i can get of this monitor
