I downloaded the brighter item textures: http://gfx.qwdrama.com/details/37/ but where can i find similar, preferably colored weapon gfx? These are extremely hard to see with my cfg so i'd love it there was some brighter or same style as the other item textures, thanks!

i'm guessing you're talking about the weapons on the map, not the weapons you're holding right?

hmmmm!!! the weapons are not brighter i think. But some items look a bit different, like backpacks

well ffslight, i noticed if u run the latest nQuake.
Then u need to rename you're file called g_weapons.pak in nQuake/qw/
otherwise the pak-file overrides the model-dir

it's just a slightly modified version of deurk's HUD
when i showed you that for nQuake you said it sux

basically, what i like about the hud above is how crisp the weapon/ammo part of the hud looks.

(and for the 1000000000th time, i'm not changing nquake's hud)
