hi can i refer any of the mvdsv dev team to a post over in the team fortress section:

something has changed in mvdsv between the last version and 2.6 which is causing the server to crash when attempting to run oztf 1.76. work is being done to remedy the situation but the help of an mvdsv developer would be extremely valuable.

I tried a few versions of MVDSV + OZTF 1.76 and the last version (0.26) always crashes when I select a class in the TF menu.

I don't know if this tip helps, but I made a test and removed the mod code related to halflife and Q3 ents and maps support and then I could run MVDSV 0.26 without any crash. So this "bug" could be related to some changes regarding this matter.
