Hey guys,

I just recently decided to get into QWTF again, so after installing everything required i load it up and it's all messed up.

I took a screenshot to show you all what i mean:

It happens with glqwcl, fuhquake and ezquake - but NOT qwcl (ie. Software emulation).

I am running an ATI card under Windows Vista but i was under the impression that the latest ATI drivers which i have have the OpenGL support.

Can anybody help?

Have you tried other openGL or even dirext3D games?

I get the same thing. Using a laptop with an ATI mobility 1550 and Vista Business. I have tried Fuh and EZ and the same thing happened. BTW, the fancy console effects and menus all render fine in EZ, it is just the level itself that has weird artifacting on top of it.

I was able to get it working with FTEQW in opengl mode, but I am unfamiliar with that client and it just doesnt "feel" right. I am hoping that EZ or fuh start working down the road.

Frankly, to get even this far I had to use a driver hack to get the Catalyst drivers to install with the mobility card. Companies like Dell and HP do not want reference drivers available for their mobility cards. Yet, like the douchebags they are, they do not have vista drivers available directly through them either.
