hello folks, got some issues / bad configurations after ez 1.8:

- weird menu poping on start, dunno how to fix that !!

- my tracker fragmsgs (those msgs on the right corner) just disappeared on TF!! already pushed up some vars and nothing seems to bring´em back

- mouse suddenly becomes unresponsive for a short period after i connect or change mod (like going from DM to TF and so on)... something to do with sound buffering i believe cause this only happens when a new sound pops up, already tried highpriority and yieldcpu with no success


if any of u guys could help me i would apreciate !!

k.. the onload thingy i didnt know, and the tracker_frags still weird... doesnt showing all the msgs on r_tracker_frags 1, thx aquashark =D

the only thing thats really bothering me is the mouse issue... its kinda unplayable... any suggestions?

I've had some mouse issues.. it wont respond unless I alt+tab to windows.. then it's just fine again...
Have you tried without the mousehook?

yep.. same issues with or without mwhook (its even worse without mwhook)

Hm... I have the same problem with mouse: in the middle of the game it stops responding for about 5 seconds. This happends quite rarely, but when it starts it repeats again and again.

This hasn't happened before.

Mouse: A4-tech X718BF -- standart Windows drivers.
OS: WinXP SP1 -- System process set to high priority.
ezQuake 1.8 -- sys_highpriority 0, sys_yealdcpu 1, independant physic.

heh unreal, you have that 3xfire mouse
