I do have a compilable and playble copy of TF 2.9. It was passed to me, via e-mail by a user of the old qw.nu forum. At the time he (I don't know who anymore), asked me to do not send it to nobody else. And I did like he asked till now!

But it has been almost tree years since that day, and I don't see any good reason to keep it with me, while others cold be using it to make better mods or to help them to learn QC.

So if anybody gives me a really good reason in the next few days, I'll release the code!

kthxbye!

It was me I gave you the source. heh.

But yeah, the source is completely public so feel free to spread it to anyone I guess. I have a lot of plans for this mod I wish someone who could code was willing to help update it!

shambler, you usually don't "install" a source code, you compile it to be executable.
That's why you question seems difficult to answer.

And isn't Quake Army Knife a tool to map or model? Or maybe I'm just wrong there...

I don't know if compiling it in Quark works or not. I can't exactly remember how up2 and I were compiling it back when we were working with it such a long time ago. I want to say we were using FrikaC's compiler or some variation.

You can find that compiler here: http://www.inside3d.com/frikbot/projects.php#frikqcc

Good Luck!

P.S. Up2, I am telling Robin on you for leaking the TF 2.9 Source Code. You'll never work in the game industry again!
