I felt that it was VERY hard to break a map lock. It was also somewhat easy to hold one. I dont really like that. But maybe the map will open up if I learn it more.

I suggest perhaps lowering the ceiling at ya area so you can shoot at ceiling from low if somebody camps at the stairs/airlift. I also suggest moving the cells at ya to ga/gl area or completely remove them.

It was madness.
But anyway, i played all my games.
Was tired after first 2 hours of tourney.
Played this map 6 times before KTK (2 maps vs swi, 3 vs DooM and 1 vs unreal probably).
So during the tourney my skill level grow after each map.
Agreed with Error - its very hard to break a map lock.
And to be honest, this map is not better that any map from tb5.
But it was very fun to play in this compo.
With best wishes, B1aze.

It was a great tourney even if I didnt play all my games. But it was kinda new feeling playing QW with this new Map. The map was far from perfect because the wind tunnle is kinda buggy ( or iam just a noob ) but there were several nice frags and comebacks. Iam really looking forward for new kenya tournaments and big thx to sassa who really managed this tournament very proffesional.

why do I have 4 points if I won 5 games out of the 5 I managed to play? During those 5 games I made 177 frags... gg mr. score counter

very nice tourney, the scheduled system worked better than I expected.

sassa and i0h learned what went wrong this tourney and I expect that will be solved for next week's /me -> smaller groups

regarding the map: its nice. but as error said its 2 ez to control: ra-lg-ya-mega-rl -> a "ring" to cross while collecting frags.
If RA moved to the place of GA the map was more even. error's suggestions are nice also.
never argue with an idiot. they'll bring you back to their level and then beat you with experience.

Errors suggestion of moving the 2 cells to gl was actually a very good idea..
Also considering moving the health box @ RA stairs to top of stairs, and swaping YA with GA @ rl low.
Adding one 15H box to the wind-low-corridor and lowering the ceiling of YA-room might also add to the balance.
Hopefully I still have the compile files.. .
And Defcon, the wind isn't buggy .
tnx for feedback anyways .

Some players left so those who were left went on playing the playoffs

Sassa, the scores are still wrong. I got the 30-0 over Mushi, not the other way around. Hence, I was 4 in my group, not 5. Also, I did the playoffs against Molgrum, and won 22-8, as reported.

I'm working on the vdm3 revisited now. Doing some changes. Let's see how it works out .
