All players that has signed up should be checking the page constantly so that u play your game on time .. The time is the one on the page... if u can not play your game then you will have to talk to an admin about it. Since we have a tight schedule you gonna have to play your games when it says or else we fail on finishing the tournament. All players signed up to the tournament should also idle in #snl for info about games and simular events.
Also when you are about to play a scheduled game please let an admin know so that we can put up some cams ( cant promise there will be alot of speccs but hey why not )
