Hi! I got this old omnibook 900 laptop and I really want to get qw running on it. It doesn't have any decent gpu. So I cannot play with glx qw, and if I start x11 qw (everything works great with x11) the screen is bit too small for my taste. Only way to run qw is to use svga I think.

Svga works pretty well. I have decent fps and so on, but I don't know how to get my mouse work. On Xserver I can use for mapping mouse /dev/input/mouse0, but this just doesn't work with svga. It doesn't even post any error messages. I've also tried to change from /etc/vga/libvga.config mousetype to something else, but it just doesn't work. Oh and my mouse is ms ie 1.1. I've tried it on usb port and also on ps2 port.

Thanks for reply.

I installed GPM, but now my mouse works partly. It identifies my mouse, but it doesn't work correctly. It just keep moving and holds down mouse1, even if I don't touch the mouse. So should I change type from /etc/gpm.conf something else or what? :G
