Whether can somebody tell where it is possible to download such textures as on a picture? If yes, that is whether the same textures for other maps?

The difficulty in getting hands on the really cool textures like the above, which looks awesome, is what I find about the most maddeningly thing around. Please someone post a link to those E1M2, those are outstanding.
