Nations Quake Rank Invitational Classic Cup was organised between seasons seven and eight. The whole cup took place in February 2005, most information on this tournament is lost because the site went down and a very small amount of the demos has been placed on Challenge-TV. Besides that there are few clan sites left that contain information on the games played here thus the information might not be completely accurate. The tournament featured some great games and the final had a dramatic conclusion, in the last seconds Firing Squad player 1-2-3 scored two frags which made his team win the decider with one frag over the clan that beat them countless times in previous seasons playoff games, Slackers.
