Check-in

To register for any of the 3 official tournaments, you need to visit the signup table no later than 60 minutes before the start of each tournament.

Clean Language requirement

We enforce a Clean Language rule for team names. Please avoid using sexual or in other ways inappropriate language, as the event will be broadcasted to a wider audience than the local community. This ofcourse apply to nickname switching or any other variations of trying to be funny. If you don't follow these simple rules, you may be removed from the tournament.

Late check-in

We appreciate that on the first day of the LAN things can be off to a rocky start. Especially regarding traffic jams, hardware setup, etc. We think it would be the prudent thing to do to allow a bit of leeway for cases like that. If you're signed up for the 2on2 tournament, but your 2on2 partner is missing or not set up yet, you're allowed to use any available on-site standin. This standin needs to be approved by your opponents, so choose wisely. If your opponents does not approve of the standin it will be a WO.
