NAQL (North American Quake League) 2on2 #2 is a tournament starting February 16th, 2026. This tournament will be a double elimination bracket. Signups must be done in pairs. Please DM or ping Bance on discord with your pair and team name in order to sign up.
PLEASE USE MATCHTAG "NAQL 2on2" DURING GAMES TO HELP BANCE FIND THE DEMOS
Format
- Double-Elimination
- All matches are BO5, Grand Finals are BO7.
- Seeding will be done by the almighty wisdom of Bance.

Rules
- Map order:
- All matches are Best of 5 (BO5). Grand Finals are Best of 5 (BO5) with a bracket reset in the case that the team from the loser's side wins the first BO5.
Use /cmd rnd to decide who picks first (Team 1).
Pick order: The order for Bo5 is T1 pick → T2 pick → T1 toss → T2 toss → Losing pick → Other pick → decider.
“Losing team” means the one trailing in total maps (e.g., 0–2 or 1–2), or if tied (1–1 or 2–2), the one who lost the previous map. A map cannot be played twice.
- Scheduling: IMPORTANT! In order to get this tournament completed in a timely manner play your match within a week of it's posting. If your opponents are unable to schedule within a week you must reach out to Bance with a time that you will be playing within 2 days of the end of week or a walkover will be awarded.
