Introduction

Match report

DM2

FF: 405 - W: 15
Ff-w-dm2.jpg
Map pick by Flaming Fist.

Demos: exile (FF) | pietro (FF) | TheChosenOne (W)

"I had to spectate double during this match, so my recollection is rather dim. Also, the match was very one-sided, so I did not feel it necessary to brief on the few details that emerged from it. As I remember it, FF quite quickly took the upper hand in this game, forcing W into the low-rl area. FF then capitalized on the quads, keeping the tele and high-rl areas throughout the game. There wasn't much lacking from FF's play here today ... all I can say is GG to FF. I also noticed that Pietro did one of the special jumps to GL from the bigroom floor =] , was it because I teased him about that when they practised against tVS the other day?" -Ego

DM3

FF: 230 - W: 44
Ff-w-dm3.jpg
Map pick by Whatever.

Demos: aKKe (FF) | TheChosenOne (W)

"Whatever put up more of a fight on DM3, still it was very one-sided with FF taking nearly all the quads and I think all the pents. FF kept YA/RA control, even though they kept mobile along the map. Whatever kept getting stuck around the rl-box and water, perfect targets for FF-quadraids on bridge. Still, W took a quad or two and defended RA at times.

Still, FF took the biscuit, netting a heavy frag load also on DM3 ..." -Ego
