The third and final tournament under the auspices of TQA took place in early August 2004. This time it gathered a more modest representation of players from Russia, but guests from Europe came to the tournament - 
DARKL0RD and 
ParadokS. They became the winners in both nominations. It cannot be said that the Russians did not give them any competition, the victory was achieved in a tough fight.
