Regarding SR, Murdoc and ParadokS wanted to split the clan into two even div1 teams, well, there were some problems with our team and I guess not everyone was happy which lead to inactivity among other things.
And I was under the impression that our team was more and more becoming a b-team so I just told pascal I'll be leaving and we both knew XantoM had told us earlier we should do Fom again and he had found some new players to fill the boots of those who had quit.

Although the factors were many, the main one was to make the long-awaited fom-comeback a reality. It is fun creating some scene drama, and it feels good playing in decent colors again! *fnizz*

I really like the individuals in SD but their gameplay and mine didn't really match and I am f0m in my heart so it was a rather easy choice for me.

I actually fear ]SR[ the most right now, since I don't have more dots right now. Maybe I'll convince the other 'f0m'-ers that using dots in the nick is a good thing. Both Valla and Xterm should be used to them by now.

We don't fear anyone. Respect the skills of several teams/players though. I don't know what to expect really... maybe sassa joining Slackers?! or Lege Artis, or CMF... or well... SOMEONE!

Once active and a few praccs KOFF, FS and CMF are the ones to look out for.

I think it sounds really interesting. It would be the closest to a 'Pro Gaming Competition' that we have had since TGI and 9 vs DR. Also with that kind of price money it sure would be worth trying to get 'in shape'. Also it might bring back some well known faces to QW.

Eh, dunno what to think about the idea. Maybe it could turn out well if there was some sponsors and you could fly in players from overseas. Not too excited about duel tournaments to be honest.

That would be awesome, and another opportunity promoting QuakeWorld to the masses. But for the love of God, make it a DM2/DM4/DM6 tournament!!!!!!

Both yes and no. It is a nice idea for sure, but it might also be very unfair. If for example a team that have played very well online miss out one or two player becouse they can't come to the lan. I guess that can be fixed playing online from the LAN, but that would make it kind of pointless.

Didn't know anything about that. But I guess it could be cool. Hopefully the majority of all active clans will attend the next QHlan as well.
