Enables observer to follow someone else's pov changes. Meant to be used in combination with commentator. Works with both player nick and #ID

qtv command

follow qtvusers id's so if you're both commentating, one can follow the other and your points of view will be in sync

Usage: follow 'nick'/#ID

Note Only works on servers with QTV enabled.
