Heddans team

With players like Heddan, Sane and VVD this team poses a major threat to the rest of the teams in this tournament. If they manage to field these three guys and Sae in most of the games they will reach the finals for sure. Heddan will lay down the law on E1M2 while Sane will dominate DM2, and with VVD to back them up they will have no problems on DM3 either. Diehuman could provide some needed activity for pracs and 4th spot but aside from that I don’t really know much about Qirex and Smilecythe, Im sorry about that. All in all, a top 2 team for sure.


Ocoinis team

Overflow and Panjabi will have to play really well in the round robin stage to avoid placing at or near the bottom of the table. Both of them have good knowledge on all three maps but I strongly suggest using DM3 as their go-to map since Overflow is really good here and Panjabi is a good backup holding down armors and harassing enemy weapon carriers. Ocoini and Cosmos would be the natural choices for 3rd and 4th since the rest of the players are pretty new to the game. I hope Saka-Rauka1, Skulker and ESDF get to play some and get to know the game a little bit better.


Niws team

Niw is back in the game and with Greco on his side they will be able to bag a few wins in the round robin stage of the season. I see them doing really well on DM2 and E1M2 while lacking a little force on DM3. I would use Aikon and Jon Snow to complete their first lineup while Zombie90 and Thor10 would have to sit back during the most important games. A playoff team for sure but it might be too hard for them to reach the final. As with all teams much of their success will rely on them getting the best lineup when it matters the most.


Blood Dogs team

Even though Blood Dog and Bogojoker are good I can see these guys struggle a little during the season. Their 3rd and 4th picks are not as good as the rest of the teams and also their best players are at a ping disadvantage. DM3 and DM2 should work out ok for them. I would go with Sned and Turb for their first lineup as I don’t really know much about Dev and praxismo but I hope to see some action from all the players I am not so familiar with during the season. This team is at risk of ending up on that hated 5th place. Feel free to prove me wrong though!


Carapaces team

Carapace is the only real “div 0” of the tournament and he could probably do well even with the 3 worst players by his side. However, he has Locktar, Norules and Klice, all of which have skill and routine in this game. If one of the top 4 is gone I would use Drake to fill in since I know him to be a stable div 3 from before and Verro and Joe Maro are pretty new to the game. This team will most likely win all their games this season and I see them as the clear winner at the end of the season. No real weakness since Carapace is that good and he has good players to back him up.



The standins / replacements

If you need to use a standin or recruit a replacement Dimman and Paniagua are of course the clear cut choices. These guys could possibly even alter the outcome of the season depending on if and what team they join and as an admin I would use some caution here. I am not sure how it is intended to work out though, so I might be speaking out of my hat on this subject. The weaker teams like Ocoinis team and Blood Dogs team could make good use of Dimman and Paniagua respectively.
