The thing is, we don't specifically NEED anything with CMD, it's just that certain commands are not yet aliased properly. This will change in the future, but most of the stuff has already been improved.

Question 1)
- At this time, use CMD QTVUSERS when you are spectator/player if you want to see QTV'ers

Question 2)
- Use setinfo wpsx 1
- Use +cl_wp_stats
- You don't need setinfo for QTV/demos, but as a player/spectator you'll need it
- The use of setinfo will be removed in the future ezQuake release

Question 3)
- Already answered.
- Try /LASTSCORES for example
