I have a trouble with rockets being too dark to even spot in dark places like big room in dm2. I can't use rocketlight or rockettrail cause it eats too much of my fps for some reason. Is there any command to make rockets as light in dark places as they are in light? See comparison in screenshots below. In both cases the rocket is slightly over and left to the crosshair. Its almost impossible to even see the one taken in dm2!

There's no such command. I guess you want them to be like I have my projectiles, all of them?

You can create textures to make rockets, grenades and spikes of different colour and also brighter. The fullbright you get from using *_luma textures.
I can get back to you when I'm back from work and I have the possibility to check exact filenames and paths.

PS. I started thinking of this from not using 24-bit textures at all - then the grenades have two red fullbright stripes on them.
Using some 24-bit texture pack, the grenades turned "invisible" in dark areas.

Edit: Screenshot from Renzo is the same I've got.

The solution was quite simple. r_rocketlight 1 while keeping r_dynamic 0 kept my rockets lighted up but didnt eat any fps. didnt realise that rocketlight 1 would work without dynamic before

edit: grenades are still dark though. guess i can live with that. only locktar doing midair grenade hits anyway
