Introduction

39 players signed up for Thunderdome season 2 NorthAmerica. One of the success factors for that amount of sign ups compared to other tournaments, probably was the decision to split the tournament up in 3 divisions depending on skill level. Amount of players in each division:

  • Pro - 16 players
  • Regular - 12 players
  • Rookies - 11 players

  • Maps allowed: dm2, dm4, dm6, ztndm3, aerowalk
  • Allowed clients: FTEQW 1.00 with ruleset nqr, FodQuake 0.2 or 0.3 with -ruleset eql and ezQuake 2.1 with -ruleset smackdown
  • Time limit: 10 minutes
  • Overtime 3 minutes
  • Deathmatch mode 3
  • No Powerups
  • No fairpacks
  • Discharges enabled
  • Ktx2 spawns. (unless both players agree on a different mode)
  • Maxfps 77.
  • No berzerk, midair, instagib or other unusual modes.
  • Fallbunny on.
