HAMMER is a Portuguese player from Madeira Island.
The nowadays head honcho of the Rebellion of Thunder Clan, founder of the HAMMER-TIME QUAKEWORLD EVENTS and Co-founder of the Portuguese QuakeWorld community since 2018, started to play Quake World in 1998 in school.
With bad connections, he used to ping over 200ms to any European server. Most of his games took place in Portuguese servers.
Leaving in 2004, he came back in 2018, missing the game and the whole mystic behind it.
In just a few months has been drawing attention when winning a lot of high skilled players with his unique style.
With good movement, good aim, aggressiveness and relying on ambushes, ratter than fighting his opponents in the open.
Milton once called him sneaky.
His favourite mode is 2on2, he likes duel and also enjoys the occasional 4on4 games.
With a strong personalty and no filters, he is either loved or hated within the community.
Stric yet fair, he is always looking for ways to improve, surpass and exceed what QW competition is all about.

- Besides Solitaire, Quake World is the only game he has ever played for over a 1 week.
- The idea for the name HAMMER-TIME in the league was from tummen.
- Doesn't understand why Ring of Shadows were removed from dm6 on standard 2on2 settings.
- Even if dm6 is his favourite map, it's not his best one.
- mushi is the rival on the servers and very good friend in the real world.
- Doesn't have bind for Axe on his cfg.
