Anyone except me that experiencing extremly slow loading times on this forum now and then?

The forum can be slow for like 5 minutes and then gets a bit better, then goes back to being slow again.

Is this a problem the server admin is aware of? And if you are, what's causing it?

well this can happend when some maintenance is beeing made over the server.
