27" 144Hz thingy with G-sync support and nice resolution. According to the test, it seems to be "the best possible" gaming monitor at the moment.

Whoah, looks nice. Please share your feedback as soon as you can

I can begin testing on monday evening, I was hoping to be able to get it today but unfortunately there was some delay so no dice. I don't think I'll be writing a review though like I have used to do, besides I couldn't do it as thoroughly as tftcentral for example anyway, so I'll just compare it on few key points against the other monitors I have had, namely the latest one (VG278HE).

Feel free to ask anything that you might want to know. I haven't really played QW in like two or so years so I can't really comment on the QW part anymore like I was used to be able, but other than that I'm sure I'll figure out something.

oke! what ever here was wrote, and what ever how fast my eyes can see, i got the asus vg248qe , 144hz, 1ms 380eur, some special motion tearing free technic. (some versions are gsync ready) it has a osd buildin setting to increase "tearing free" from default 60 to 100, i didnt noticed a difference.
IT IS FUCKING AWSOME. its as good as crt or even better. i play now qw on 1920x1080 on 144hz and 576fps and its like having a new game, a new live has started, like how it was even possible for me to play on 75hz tft, there is no way back never ever.

even if the eye cant see that much, you feel every fucking frame when you move the mouse. its all about the moving visuals, they will be better with every single HZ you can have more, well there are some 250hz tfts which arent that good as the asus.
i had to change the mouse dpi from 900 to 5700 to get it even way more smooth.

As far as I know there are no 250hz tfts... Only a fake 240hz, the Eizo one which is really 120hz

Which gets its ass handed to it by the Asus ROG Swift by almost everything, except for the black level and contrast ratio

As for the CRT debate, I still think a CRT is better for QW than any TFT there is simply because of the true zero input lag and fluid motion. While TFTs can come close with these G-syncs and ULMB (lightboost) hacks, it is still not as fluid as it would be on a good CRT.

Mother-fornicator!!! you've just beat me with your humbleness!!!! aEHhehuaeauH
but, still, i'm gonna be humble/sorry again: I need to get something SMALLER for my table here... my 17 CRT is using half of it! kkkk
next year i'm gonna buy one of this TFT luxurys!
(also, i'm gonna read all your reviews before choosing the right one)
