What the heck is called 'latency' here and how can a device have NEGATIVE 'latency'? Can it predict future then?

I would assume they are using G300 as the standard to test against judging by the graph. However it doesn't specify the G300 latency anyways so it just tells relative info.

I guess if you use an Ikari, it lowers your ping by 1 ms.
