Also I suggest you grab yourself an IRC client such as X-Chat 2 or mIRC and join channels such as #qwrookie #quakeworld and #ibh (ibh <3) on the QuakeNet IRC server. Oh and by the way, are you completely new to Quake, or have you played other Quake games before? Just wondering.

Sounds reasonable. I'll see if I'm able to do anything about it. I've hosted a few cups/tournaments before in previous games. Also if I do get off my lazy arse and doing something about it, I could probably provide a TS3 for people to use located in Germany.

People in #Ignition have also requested rookie 2on2 cups so perhaps join in there to see if they're still up for it. I'd like to arrange this myself sometime but not sure i'll be able to make it anytime soon.

Arstein at least we made contact Tonight I'll be online again, hope this time we'll fight.

But I've found another worthy opponent: couscous. The first Dm6 he won 10:9, the second I won 8:4 (but he had problems with crashs). Then we did some very even close combat on home. Big fun

Haha couscous is a nice fella. Don't give him too much bother. :] Mind you I still need to play with him.
