I think he means how the color bar for health and armor fill up the box with a background color depending on the value, but for ammo or time.

actually its just gl_max_size 128, with vertex lighting. but the model itself is the "debugged" one.

I think the enemy is in the air. Optical illusion.

Some client might have model scaling, but its not allowed in competitions obviously.

its possible to "enlarge/fatten" the world larger conchar width.

At the risk of boring you, here comes yet another dithes hud with some changes to suit me better. Conwidth 560 - Conheight 350 - Simpleitems on (all included in the cfg).

I picked up the hud when I saw murdocs setup at QH-lan and asked him immediately to send it to me, and he was kind enough to do so!

EDIT: Fixed the post since the [img] tag didn't work. Now you can click the pictures. Also added the HUD for download for your convenience.

You can make your own shaftskin and put it in quake/qw/textures/models. Call it bolt2_0.jpg

F. ex:

It looks like this with gl_shaftlight and r_shaftalpha set to 1.
