An old map remake... Final release! Give it a try ;D

Fast map... recommended 1on1, may work for fun 2on2/ffa max 4 players...

It looks good. Dunno how it plays but it feels nice to just run around the map.

I like the huge cathedral like windows, the archways and the spikes. The map has a nice style to it. Hope it gets some playtime. Good job anyway

The grey textures you use in some places (in door entrances etc) seem...out of place. Overall an ok map though, some playtime on xs4all ffa would probably be nice.

Very nicely done. What was the original map?

Think first version i made was pldm1 or something with very ugly textures... There are a few older versions of this map!

The SNG room is very unattractive to me, I would move one powerful item there. Either a high armor or the RL or LG.
Something bugs me about the looks/texturing but I cannot nail the thought.

Thanks for screens! Yes the SNG room is unattractive! But thats the way it will be... It is about the gameplay/balance of the map... Know it sounds crazy hehe!

me and mawster had a some good duels here last night, and I must say I really like this map!

+ looking good (texture wise) with my legoquake settings
+ ga/gl/sng-room is beautiful, could use some stronger powerup here though (maybe place the quad here instead?)
+ "main room/crossing" is perfectly small/large and I like that it's possible to cross it by a simple jump
+ nice that you can keep up speed in several hallways, and also via teleporter-rj... = not too claustrophobic, although that was my first thought
+ the airpipe is beautiful and adds to good speed in the map
+ good fps all map through

- didn't like that you gotta +back to stop on RA after going through ra-teleporter
- don't really like placement of quad
- we want Flinthearts loc's here
- "the fireplace" could be worked on a little more... we talked about putting some funny item there, maybe a suit? or an untouchable pentagram or whatever?

what is the name of the original map? I remember it being played by reppie or someone else...

Uploaded an small update for this map... now called "redmasq.rar"!

Changes: Rl <-> Gl placement, changed most textures, took away 1 cells, added a wall next to quad (dont know why).... think thats it! I'm bored
