it really laggy with sys high priority 0
its better with sys highpriority 1
with sys highpriority 1 the lags that come frezzez the whole computer a while not the usuall average lag trough the whole game.

its NOT my connection even demos lags,
i got a tip to play with the lowest details and stuff and i have done this.
better but still same problem.

I play with sys_highpriority 1 and sys_yieldcpu 1. You might need to try the second option.

This is totally unscientific and I'm not sure if it actually makes sense.

Which version of ezquake are you running ?
And I'm assuming the 162 days are since you installed, not your uptime (if it is please reboot and try again).

try to launch with
start /ABOVE_NORMAL ez...
(without sys_yieldcpu 1).

That workaround helped me with lags in another game (high and normal priorities caused lags).
