THIS THREAD IS NO LONGER ACTIVE, PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING URL INSTEAD: http://mvdsv.qw-dev.net

Since the trackers on SF.net don't seem to be convenient enough for most people reporting bugs or requesting new features to me, I am opening this thread here. The purpose is obvious: list bugs, list requested features and talk about their resolution and progress (easier to keep track in a forum than in IRC).

Current known bugs:

Reported bugs to be verified/reproduced:

Fixed bugs:
- TCP port hang bug.

Current Accepted Feature Requests:

Submitted feature requests:

Renzo, on all my servers "cmd dl ." work correct with ktx and ktpro.
I need shell on server with such bug to fix it.

Tested on: Linux i386, FreeBSD6 i386, Solaris10 i386, Win2k i386.

Cmd dl . fixed by Qqshka.

However, it will not download demos that have any other extension than .mvd (those that are gzipped or so).

Server segfaults on player disconnect (it doesn't matter if he is the last player or if there are other players around. Spectator disconnecting has never caused the crash, at least to my knowledge). Happens every now and then, but is rather rare. This bug has been there for a year or so, so it's kinda annoying.

Did you try svn version?

this is because oztf uses a very old ordering of the server builtins (they have changed since 0.25), this can only be fixed by recompiling with the builtins corrected

eventually i will release a version of oztf that is compatible with latest mvdsv, but i have more work to do still
