NQR will be back in business within the next week or so. I have purchased a domain name - nqr-network.com - and will be moving the site backup to it this weekend, and hopefully will be setting up the NQR9 site as well.
I also hope to get the nqr.nu domain pointed to this new hosting to avoid confusion.

Is there a need for 2 leagues?
Could be intresting if one league runs maybe smaller divs with conferences while the other has like only 3 huge divisions (20 teams in each).

It will work like this:
GOLD CUP groups (div 1 + top div 2 clans):
Group A:
2 seeded clans
2 unseeded clans
Group B:
2 seeded clans
2 unseeded clans
Group C:
2 seeded clans
2 unseeded clans
Group D:
2 seeded clans
2 unseeded clans
GOLD CUP playoffs - Pro
Winner group A vs Runner-up group B
Winner group B vs Runner-up group A
Winner group C vs Runner-up group D
Winner group D vs Runner-up group C
GOLD CUP playoffs - Amateur
3rd place group A vs 4th places group B
3rd place group B vs 4th places group A
3rd place group C vs 4th places group D
3rd place group D vs 4th places group C
Then semis and finals. This will be repeated for SILVER & BRONZE CUPs as well, but with SILVER having mid-low div 2 + high-mid div 3, and BRONZE having the rest.
