festiz.com will as far as i know be up as long i have this shell. (Have had it about 3 years now without downtime now)

I don't know exact location but it's somewhere in Stockholm/Sweden. (Almost same iprange as jollen.se-qwservers)

1) look above.
2) I don't pay anything for this shell at all and i hopefully never will.
3) I can't determind wherever the admin want to give out shells or not. Probably not as i've asked before.

However egd.nu is back but i don't really feel like giving out shells nor hosting qwcd there anymore.
